Barbecue Dry Rub-Beef
Now is the time to start barbecuing, the frosty weather is just right for it and sitting around the fire will keep you nice and toasty.
Whenever you are planning a barbecue don’t forget to invite all your friends and family, the more people you have the better the time.
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoons black pepper
1 tablespoons brown sugar
1-tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon dried mustard
1 tablespoons onion powder
1 tablespoons garlic powder
½ teaspoon coriander
¼ cup ground rosemary
Mix all ingredients together and store in a zip lock bag or Mason jar in a cool dry place.
When ready to use rub it well into your ribs or brisket and pound a second coat into the meat, wrap well with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator overnight. this rub should accomidate 4 full racks of beef or a 7 ppound beef brisket.
If you don't want to use a rub for your chicken or pork you can use this barbecue sauce.
