Creamy Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
4 tbs. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine cut into pieces
2 1/2 cups (about 10 ounces) grated cheddar cheese
1 (10 3/4- ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. In a medium saucepan, mix butter and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. In a crock-pot, combine cheese/butter mixture with sour cream, soup, salt, milk, mustard and pepper. Stir well. Add drained macaroni and stir again. Cook on low setting for three hours, stirring occasionally.
